Terms of service (draft for legal review)

Last updated: 2026-10-12

This document is a draft prepared for review by a Bangladeshi lawyer before launch. It is published for transparency during the beta.

The service

BidLink AI (the "Service") is a decision-support tool for tender discovery, eligibility analysis and bid preparation, provided by Reoncore Labs, Dhaka. The Service is in beta. These terms are a draft for legal review.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any tender will be won, that all tenders are covered, or that extracted requirements and verdicts are complete or accurate. Verdicts are evidence-linked suggestions; you must verify them against the official tender document. The bid/no-bid decision and any submission are solely yours.

Accounts and organisations

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Organisation owners are responsible for the members they invite and for the lawful use of documents they upload.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to use, attempt to access other organisations' data, probe or overload the Service, or use it to violate procurement rules or any law.

Data sources

Shared tenders are manually verified entries and notices from sources whose terms permit reuse. Source links and timestamps are shown. We do not collect data from portals whose terms prohibit it.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are prepaid by invoice (bKash or bank transfer) for the period stated on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Plans do not auto-renew. Refunds for unused prepaid periods are considered case by case within 14 days of payment during the beta.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your workspace.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost bids, lost profits or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them by discussion.
