How it works
From a tender document to a bid decision in four steps.
1. Set up your organisation
Create a workspace, invite teammates with roles (owner, admin, member), and complete the company profile. Upload the documents you already hold: trade licence, TIN, VAT, enlistment certificates, bank solvency, experience certificates. Expiry dates are tracked.
2. Add tenders
Upload the tender PDF or DOCX (up to 15 MB) or paste the notice text. Or shortlist a verified tender from the shared feed. Each tender keeps its official URL and last-verified time.
3. Review the eligibility matrix
The extractor finds requirements such as average annual turnover, similar-works experience, bid security amount, validity period, licences and required forms. Each requirement is compared with your profile and marked met, not met, unknown or needs review, with the clause reference and snippet.
4. Prepare and decide
Gaps become checklist tasks. The deadline is shown in Asia/Dhaka time with days remaining. Addenda are recorded as versions. The decision brief summarises gaps and risks for your bid/no-bid call.
Known limits
- Scanned (image-only) PDFs need manual entry or browser OCR; we never guess their content.
- Only requirements present in the uploaded document can be analysed. Tender Data Sheets on e-GP require your own registered access.
- Coverage of shared tenders is limited to verified entries and permitted sources.
