Company profile
One structured profile: sectors, districts, enlistments (LGED, PWD, RHD, others), turnover by fiscal year, similar-works experience, credit lines, licences and their expiry dates. Profile completeness is shown so matching can be explained.
Tender feed and filters
Shared verified tenders plus your private uploads. Filter by sector, district, deadline, procuring entity and status. Save searches and get in-app alerts.
Document intelligence
PDF and DOCX text extraction, page-level citations, Bangla digit normalisation, dates and BDT amounts. Scanned documents are flagged for manual entry instead of guessed.
Eligibility matrix
Requirements are grouped: legal, financial, technical, experience, licences, documents, bid security, validity, deadline. Each one carries a verdict, the company evidence used, and a bilingual explanation. You can override a verdict with a note; the override is audited.
Bid checklist and tasks
Every unmet or unknown requirement becomes a task. Assign teammates, set due dates, mark done. The checklist is exportable.
Change watch
Tenders are versioned. Deadline or document changes create a notification with a diff of what changed.

Opportunity brief, eligibility matrix and bid checklist as printable pages and CSV.
Admin and data quality
Platform admins verify shared tenders, monitor source health and review extraction confidence before anything is marked verified.
About the AI
Extraction and matching are rule-based and deterministic by default, so every result can be traced. An optional language-model layer can be enabled later for summaries, clearly labelled as AI-generated and budget-capped. Nothing is fabricated: when the document does not say, the matrix says unknown.
