Source coverage

Where tenders in BidLink AI come from, how fresh they are, and what we do not do.

Sources

Your uploads

Active

Tender notices and documents you upload are private to your organisation and analysed immediately.

Manually verified shared entries

Active (beta)

Platform staff enter notices with the official URL, procuring entity, deadline and a verification timestamp. Volume is limited and shown honestly.

World Bank Procurement Notices

Permitted (CC-BY 4.0)

Public API, no key, daily updates, Bangladesh notices filtered. Attribution shown on each record.

Bangladesh e-GP (eprocure.gov.bd)

Not automated

Public notice pages exist, but the portal's terms do not permit reuse or automated access and the operator is critical information infrastructure. We are requesting official permission or API access. Until then, add e-GP tenders by uploading the documents you obtained with your own registration.

Other official websites (LGED, RHD, PWD, DGDP, Bangladesh Bank, WASA, city corporations)

Manual only

Public notices, often scanned PDFs. Entered manually with link-back after verification.

Commercial aggregators, UNGM, newspapers

Not used

Their terms prohibit reuse or automated collection.

Freshness and verification

Every shared tender displays collected-at and verified-at timestamps. Status (open, closed, cancelled) is updated when verified. Nothing is marked verified without a human check of the official source.

Known gaps

  • No automated e-GP notices.
  • Scanned documents require manual entry.
  • Coverage of private-sector and NGO tenders is limited to uploads.
