Honest coverage
BidLink AI is upload-first. Shared tenders are entered and verified manually with official links, plus notices from sources whose terms permit reuse (World Bank procurement notices, CC-BY 4.0). We have not automated e-GP collection because its terms do not permit it; we are requesting official access.
